I was so impressed with the service we received from this company. Had cables replaced but they noticed a few other things that needed addressing. The bottom of the door was bent on both sides and they fixed them free of charge and educated me on basic maintenance so I could get a bit more life out of my old doors. They were so thorough, knowledgeable and quick!
Amazing service. Chose them because of great reviews and did not disappoint. Price was amazing, quality of repair and customer service was incredible. We had questions which they answered honestly and professional. Almost hope garage door breaks again so we can work with them (lol).
Horrible customer service. Booked an appointment with them and they did not show up. No phone to explain or reschedule. When I reached out to them again they said they would call right back... and again nothing. Very disappointing. I would recommend using another garage door company. I had to choose a start for rating, however they don’t deserve it
Had a door cable break trapping our car in the garage. Called a few companies but either were closed or wanted excessive fees to come after 5 PM. Called Terry Overhead Door who said they could be here by 7 PM and they do not charge over there normal fee for typical evening work. Very nice people to deal with and they got the job done professionaly and our door was operational again. Highly recommend this company.
We have had Terry Overhead Doors install automatic door openers on our 2 residential garage doors. The work was professional, the price was very reasonable, the work was all guaranteed and all done with a very pleasant attitude.

When they came out to install a new door for me the price they gave me was the price it was they did not try to add any extra costs. They were very friendly and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
