Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

Very professional and effective at resolving the only real issue on my 6.6 LMM Duramax, the restrictive exhaust system. Now with new software and a very clean exhaust tune, I have dramatically improved horsepower and mileage. Really wish I had gone to Dunbar's Automotive in Vernon sooner as I love my bulletproof GMC Sierra 2500 HD, owned 12 years no problems. With countless of these diesel exhaust conversions under their belt Dunbar's can't be beat. Thanks Leroy and Ken! Craig

They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)
